Mold Testing & Assessments

Where mold is suspected, we perform testing and investigation to determine what kinds of mold are present in what quantities, and where to go from there.

Healthy Home Assessments

Homes are thoroughly assessed for indoor environmental issues (such as VOCs, moisture and mold, etc.) and client receives a report with recommendations.

Ongoing Air Quality Monitoring

Our technicians can install air quality monitoring devices in the property. These devices obtain real-time data about various aspects of the air quality, which our technicians then analyze to make recommendations for improvement.

Indoor Air Data Collections

A data collection involves taking real-time IAQ measurements (of things like carbon dioxide, humidity, and VOCs) from locations throughout the house. It includes a written report with the findings and recommendations.

Water Testing

We work with an EPA certified lab to provide a comprehensive water analysis. We can test for a large variety of organic and inorganic elements, such as bacteria, metals, and pesticides.

Lead-based Paint Testing

We have multiple options for those looking for lead paint testing. These include visual assessments, sample collections, and a service called LIRA (Lead Inspection/Risk Management).

Expert Witness Legal Services

When mold becomes a legal issue, our indoor environmental experts can help. They are available for consultations, document review, research, depositions, and trials.
