The objective of the Indoor Air Wellness Program is to establish ongoing indoor air quality (IAQ) checkpoints to help maintain a healthy indoor environment and verify building performance.
We do that through ongoing testing (usually quarterly or biannually) in which we collect IAQ data and take mold samples to find moisture and mold issues and determine overall building performance.
