Lab Sample Collections

When performing a sample collection, we take samples of potential IAQ hazards (such as mold or bacteria) using high-quality equipment. These samples are then analyzed by a local lab and we report the findings to you.

Water Damage Assessments

To determine the extent of water mitigation needed, we use a moisture meter to scan walls and building materials, and perform moisture mapping to create a diagram that shows all areas affected by water.

Mold Assessment

In a mold assessment, we evaluate mold issues and moisture sources using a visual inspection, moisture scanning, particle count readings, and the taking of samples for lab analysis. The information found is compiled into a report or protocol as needed.

Indoor Air Data Collection

Helpful for issues other than just mold, a data collection includes readings of things related to indoor air quality issue (VOCs, humidity, particle counts, CO2), along with a report and data chart of the findings.

Post-Remediation Verification Testing (PRVs)

Done after remediation has been performed, a PRV includes everything the mold assessment does, as well as a legal document that states that the area has been returned to a normal fungal ecology (contingent on passing).
